Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return or an exchange.
If you purchased a paper print or a gallery wrapped canvas and you are unhappy with it for any reason, just email me at cp@christinapetersfineart.com to discuss a refund or an exchange.
If you want the art to be refunded or exchanged, you will need to ship it back to me and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and please include your receipt that was emailed to you for proof of purchase.
You will need to ship the item back via a service that will track your package like Fedex, UPS, or the USPS with tracking service. Also, please ensure the package for what you paid for it in case it gets lost in the mail.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement asap at not cost to you. Please take photos of the damage or any other issues and email those to me at cp@christinapetersfineart.com.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the product and it is not damaged, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we have accepted it, we will let you know right away so we can discuss what product you wanted instead.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
