Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders $80 and over. Under $80, shipping is a flat fee of $10. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your items because we print to order.

Should you need any items faster than that, we do have other shipping options for an additional cost. Please email Christina at cp@christinapetersfineart.com so we can find a shipping solution that works for you.

If you do need a faster shipping option - PLEASE email us BEFORE placing your order so we can make sure it is possible to have expedited shipping on your order.

We use three different shipping carriers, USPS, Fedex, and UPS. The carrier used will be based on your location. 

If you need your order shipped using a specific carrier, please email Christina before placing your order so that she can create a custom order for you to accommodate your request. This may or may not incur more costs based on the carrier you choose and your time of delivery so Christina will give you an estimate on that extra cost if there is one. 

We get pretty good rates on our shipping costs as we do a lot of shipping so we can pass those discounts on to you. We do not mark up shipping costs on custom orders or expedited shipping!

If you receive any of our products damaged in shipping, please email Christina immediately so that we can send you a replacement asap at not cost to you. You will need to take photos of the damaged products however so that we can go after the carrier who damaged them. Any results we get from going after the carrier will not affect your replacement at all, meaning your replacement is only contingent on seeing the photos of the damage.
